The final round of the Clubman 2 series was as action packed as anticipated. Although there was plenty of Clubman-e entries booked in, only two of them had a realistic chance of the title. That was Steve Baggley and Ryan Keaton. There was however a lot of close battles further down the table to cause tension throughout the pits.

Apologies for the late race report. On Monday 8 May, the Clubman-E racers battled it out at Round 4 of the Clubman 2 series. The Bank Holiday round was missing some of the series favourites with series leaders Dave Hanson, Phil Roberts and Chris Sock all missing. We hear that Roberts has suffered a nasty injury, we hope he has a speedy recovery and is back racing soon.

Please be aware that our next meeting on 12 May is cancelled. This is due to a long standing basketball tournament that was booked in with the centre before we restarted racing. Our next meeting will be on 26 May.

For Mondays bank holiday meeting we will be doing something a little different. The meeting will still be a Clubman 2 round, however there will also be mini games and prizes available for those wishing to take part.

It was another great night at Eckington Civic Raceway for Round 3 of the Clubman 2 series. With full heats for Clubman-E and Tamiya Mini, it was going to be an action pack meeting. I big thank you to everyone who made it and helped with the track.
